Our mission is to create a platform that will enable hosts to share their experiences with others. By providing accommodation and tour providers the ability to rate and review guests, we aim to level the playing field in the currently one-sided review system. and give them the ability to protect their brand. With Host Diary, you can build a community of hosts and guests who are mutually respectful and committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. In addition, we aim to create an expansive travel community, and offer travellers a fair platform for rewards. Building closer business-client relationships that last beyond each journey!

Our Story
We are Hosts too! As the owners of a vibrant Hostel, we know how vital and important reviews and having a community of those who have stayed with us, truly is. Whilst 99% of guests are great, anyone who works in tourism knows how challenging it can be when you get the odd one, whom no matter how much you try to ensure them a positive experience, just won't accept it... leaving a negative review is always the first card dealt.
On the flip side, these experiences often make you value to other 99% of guests so much more, and as a provider, your incentive to go above and beyond to reward these guests is even higher. It's from this, Host Diary was born.
Currently, there is nothing on the market that allows accommodation and tourism providers to rate and review guests. Nor is there a dedicated platform, specific to helping businesses and travellers alike, build a personalised and dedicated community!
